Everything is great but I accidentally forgot my original iPhone charger cable, 2 meters long with the Apple plug. I hope to get it when I come back to the same hotel again. Because I will be visiting the hotel again soon and I want to get my own cable. Thank you.

Great service by the reception free access to lounge for fruits, snacks and drinks. Easy access and well connected to carpark at ZoneU. Room was spacious with kitchen for cooking. Nice view from balcony.

The room was spacious. however, it would be appreciated if complimentary mineral water could be provided. In addition, some facilities such as the pool were not maintained for use and the breakfast selection and quality was average.

一間不知所謂的酒店，前台職員態度惡劣，本人經你們網上訂房，所有資料是你們公司給我的，但前台竟然說沒有這個資料，還要我證明我是不是已付款，要我截圖給他看，我覺得這是很侮辱的行，最後跟他們投訴他們竟然回覆不會接受我們的申訴。他們的操作簡直是令我大開眼界，也有些得着令我認清楚這集團的操作模式，我永遠都不會在再入住這品牌的酒店。

一室一廳一廚一衞，面積很大，也比較新，性價比高 位置特別優秀，就在商場裏面。商場裏面很多餐飲店，吃飯方便 打車也很方便 服務態度不錯

We had booked the St Giles Gardens Hotel instead of the St Giles Residences. When we arrived, we were told that the Gardens Hotel was closed for renovation and that we were relocated to the Residences instead. To be fair, the Residences had been recently renovated and the service apartment was clean, with the flooring re-laid with vinyl finishing. Overall, the rooms were clean, the amenities were nice and there is a 24/7 lounge with free hot drinks and biscuits. However, I had paid an additional SGD20 to book the Gardens Hotel instead of the Residences, so it is not fair to put me in a cheaper accommodation without prior notice. In fact, why was the hotel still listed as available for booking if it is closed for renovation? I called 永安 to enquire about this, and 永安 offered me compensation in the form of 永安 Coins, as the hotel was unwilling to do anything. Therefore I am only giving 1 star for the hotel service.

2nd time staying because of great experience before. The room was clean, with spacious space. Had bad experience with in room dining service, waiting for order to arrived, wait for 1 hour, no food preparation done due to miscommunication between the one receive order & kitchen. Food complementary was given after that. Next day, tried to order again. Called twice. However, operator did not answer the call. Hotel will undergoing renovation starting 1st mac.

Had a good stay overall. Room was quite clean, except that there were some ants crawling around the toilet sink and the countertop above the fridge. The bidet hose was also dirty, with what remains to be some sort of stain left behind by someone else. Water from the bathtub tap turned yellow when filling up the bathtub. Had to use the shower head to fill the bathtub instead

I recently stayed at The Garden Hotel and had a wonderful experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The food at the hotel was delicious and offered a great variety of options. The rooms were comfortable and clean. What really stood out to me was the hotel's convenient location. It's situated close to major shopping districts, making it easy to explore the local area. Overall, I highly recommend The Garden Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Pros: Delicious food, convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms
