吉隆坡瑪雅酒店 (Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur City Centre)

衹能説交通方便，五分鐘到雙子塔附近，吃吃喝喝還是夠用了，不過配套設施就一般了，酒店裡面水都沒有，給倆空瓶子去走廊飲水器接水🚰，太不習慣這樣的酒店

房間還可以，衞生間的坐便下水費勁，整體感覺設備有點老舊了；住的房間下面有施工，每天早上7:00多鍾吊車就開始幹活噪音很大。他家有停車場但是住宿的停車也需要刷銀聯卡，出來時還需要去前台説一下給減免，太費勁了。 優點就是雙峯塔在附近。 設施：老舊 衞生：乾淨

The experience was great from the beginning when I notified my late check in due to my flight arriving almost at midnight. I know that the booking has to be respected by the hotel, but incredibly some don't do it. The hotel is 50 min from KL international airport, you can use Grab app to get a taxi and pay in cash if you can't link your card to it, that would be about 80 RM + the toll fees, that would make it around 20 usd. The staff at the front desk was so kind during check-in and check-out. I read some reviews about the construction site beside the hotel and the cemetery that is around the hotel. As for the cemetery, it is just part of the landscape, and honestly it is a good story to tell your friends about, I understand how those places are much older than modern constructions. Regarding the construction site, if you are too sensitive to noise, it might be a little annoying if your room is on that side of the hotel, maybe you can arrange the hotel to change you to the other wing. The neighborhood is busy since it is about 300m from KLCC park so it might be a little noisy during the night. The overall hygene of the room was great except that the kettle in my room still had some water. Nothing that can't be solved by washing it. There were two glass bottles that can be refilled in the filter by the elevator. I really appreciate that they stop using bottled water and reduce plastic waste. Breakfast had a lot of variety including western food, Malayan and some Chinese. I used the gym for one day because I was stuck due to heavy rain, it has a couple of treadmills, bikes, escalator and some machines, not too big, but comfortable to do some strength work. The location is great to walk to KLCC and from a couple of meters from the hotel you can take great pictures of the Petronas. About 45-50 min walking distance of central market to buy nice souvenirs, the national mosque and the national museum. 40 min taxi 永安 to the Batu caves, go early (8 am) because it might be a quite busy place to get to. I enjoyed my stay and definitely I would pick it again if I come back to KL, definitely recommended 9/10.

The room is as requested, near to the lift and at higher level. Love that the location is so near to KLCC and other places. It just that the pipes for the bath tub were loose and broken. Ends up I have to fill the bath tub manually using the bidet next to the shower. Very inconvenient to call for assistance considering it was late night when I found out.

The location is perfect straight line walking distance to klcc & also cross the saloma bridge to kampung baru. Easy to find food, always busy with people on the streets day and night you wont feel walking alone. The hotel the location the ambience all perfect!

The location is excellent – very near to the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, just opposite W Hotel. The room is very spacious, and the bathtub is large enough for my two girls to enjoy. However, the breakfast selection is very limited, the taste is not great, and it wasn’t suitable for us. Room cleanliness was disappointing too – when we first stepped into our room, the floor felt dusty and left our feet grey.

先週に引き続き2回目の滯在です。 今回は、ツインタワー側をリクエストしましたが、 希望通りでしたが、殘念ながら前のホテルで見えなかったです。 部屋は清潔で、 浴槽もありゆっくり疲れを癒す事ができました。 現在、マレーシアに住んでいるのですが、 今回は、日本語マップをフロントでくれました。 だいたいの地理は分かっていましたが、お勧めのレストランなどが書いていて、カラオケまでのってたので、思わずまねきねこに行ってカラオケを楽しみました。

Hotel is at a prime location, good local food joint right opposite to the hotel, walking distance to KLCC. The room we got was huge with good interiors, few disappointments were confusing lift system and smelly pillows for the single beds in the room, rest we had a good experience. Thank you!

Bonjour Un hôtel qui pour moi est plus à classer entre le 3 et 4 étoiles, mais bien loin d'être un 5 étoiles. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre studio 36 mètres carrés, mais superficie inférieure à salle à manger bien que la taille de la chambre soit suffisante, grande salle de bain. Qualité du nettoyage de la chambre moyenne, literie d'assez bonne qualité. Le gros problème est la qualité de construction des murs et des plafonds qui sont très fins, vous entendrez la moindre discussion de vos voisins de chambre nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à dormir. Emplacement très pratique mais très peu de restaurants autour de l'hôtel qui est situé en face des deux tours petronas à 5 minutes à pied.

Upon arriving at the reception, we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staffs and proceeded with our check in earlier than the scheduled check in time as the room is ready. We were given a king room on the 20th floor with a great view of the Menara 118 and partly blocked KL Tower. Too bad none of the rooms have the Petronas twin towers view as it is blocked by W Hotel right across the street. So we proceeded into our room and everything was great. The bed had a nice topper which is kind of soft and comfy. Even though there was ongoing construction works just beside the room, it didn't really cause a lot of disturbance. The facilities of the hotel are not new but they are still working fine, except for the steam room which I didn't know how to operate. The person in charge of the facility was also nowhere to be found so I had to skip it. The hydrotherapy pool is top notch, the pressure were just right and it loosened a lot of my tight knots. Parking is completely complimentary with unlimited exits so guests can be rest assured. Speaking of service, I like the staffs friendliness especially the front desk staffs. Overall we had a very great stay here and will definitely return again if given the opportunity.
