酒店地理位置還算便利，靠近市中心，交通也比較方便。周邊不同類型的餐廳很多，馬路對面有商場。早餐選擇豐富，有露天泳池。整體入住體驗舒適，適合商務與度假旅客。

喜來登👍🏻服務衞生都有保證 唯一可惜係地點係舊城區，唔近旅遊熱點，不過附近都有幾間好味餐廳同埋call grab周圍去都方便 酒店隔離街可以見到雙子塔夜景

We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They also prepared lovely honeymoon decorations and even provided a slice of cake as per our request. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and excellent service from this hotel.

Always going to KUL and stay in Sheraton Imperial since 2019 but unfortunately too bed experience at this time. Leaking on the floor and reported to reception and complained but no one help me!

到酒店的時候很晚了，前台很熱情，因為睡眠不好特地與前台溝通換了樓層高安靜的房間，房間很寬敞，設施齊全，就是一到晚上一點多外面就有飛車黨飆車的聲音，總體還是可以的

門口的服務員有主動搬運行李，進入房間之後發現用品都是單人，其實我很不理解，房間裏的冰箱稍微有點臟，空調製冷強勁。馬桶聲音太吵了，不適合生產休息

Great Stay in KL I really enjoyed my time at the Sheraton Imperial KL. The rooms are big, comfy, and have nice city views. The pool area is a great spot to chill after exploring, and the breakfast buffet had loads of variety. Staff were super friendly and helpful too. Overall, a solid choice if you want comfort and good service in the city.

A Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues Our check-in experience was fast and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained throughout our visit. One notable highlight was the doormen - without exception, they were incredibly polite and welcoming every single time we encountered them. We did encounter one issue with the room's outdated air conditioning system. Even after turning it off, the unit continued blowing cold air, leaving the room uncomfortably cold until the following day. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection, though the restaurant seemed understaffed during peak hours. On multiple occasions, we waited 10-15 minutes for basic items like milk, fruit, bread, and cheese to be replenished. The juice station attendant appeared particularly overworked, while the omelette chef - though constantly busy - handled orders with impressive speed and skill. Despite these operational hiccups, the hotel's strong service foundation (especially from the wonderful doormen) and well-kept facilities made for an overall pleasant stay.

房間很大，雙人床睡的很舒服，雖然是老酒店的裝修，但是還是保持着喜來登的水平，洗浴用品都一樣的，位置也比較好，離雙子塔和夜市都不遠。願意逛的也可以走着去雙子塔，一點幾公里，樓下有一個娘惹菜的米其林一星。打車Grab去機場也很方便便宜，三十幾塊。

This stay remains excellent as my previous experience. However, I hope that the validation system for parking can be improved immediately for the comfort and convenience of all guests. In addition, a big thank you to the duty managers Ms Rathi Devi Subramaniam and Ms Siti Nazirah Razali for their willingness to accommodate my request via email. Credit is also given to Mr Faris / Fais who was on duty at the counter during the check-in process for his very good and courteous service and welcome. KULSI, I will definitely come back again and again.
