Overall okay even ambik bilik no window. Iron board pon ada kat luar bilik hotel but bilik sempit dan ruang kalau nak solat pon ngam ngam sangat. Second, doormat takdak so jadi belengas dengan air kesan dari tapak kaki selepas menggunakan tandas. Harap lepasni dapat sediakan doormat walau kecil.

Check in was easy even though last minute booking. Staff were friendly. Room was good with all the amenities. Location was strategic, near to lot of restaurants.

Pleasant experience thought out our stay , reception was really professional in handling our complaint , two thumbs up to the gentleman at the reception ( didn't get the name) .he was really good . All basic facilities were there, parking was eazy . 10-15 drive to the beach , will definitely comeback.

Memang betul apa yang telah dibaca dari pengunjung lain, staf disini ramah dan mesra. Terasa sangat selesa dan dialu-alukan bila berada di sini. Terbaik!

Room is small. Not the same as in the photos. Rooms well lit. Some rooms without windows. Hotel with lift. Bathroom are not as advertised with shower screen. It will be whole bathroom wet when taking shower including bathroom door. Limited toiletries amenities. Free parking not available. Only avail are paid on street parking. Guest will have to pay parking. Cannot use t&g to pay. Never remove the pillow case. You will be surprised. A good welcomed reception.

Staf hotel mesra dan ramah. Lokasi 10min dari pusat bandar Kuala Terengganu. Bawah hotel ada Secrer Recipe dan Nasken Coffee. Parking bawah majlis Kuala Terengganu. Kelemahan utama bilik hotel yg ditempah adalah ruang terlalu sempit. Tiada ruang untuk solat walaupun terdapat arah kiblat. Bilik sepatutnya set utk katil single tp diset utk katil Queen. Sempit! Harap top management ambil maklum. Harga RM150 utk bilik kecil mcm ni x baloi. Sepatutnya harga dalam RM90 maximum. Berdasarkan pengalaman hotel2 lain sebelum ni.
