This was the first time we stayed in Kuala Rompin Resort & Golf. Whilst it was only for two nights, the location of this resort is quiet and had beautiful sceneries especially the sunrise. Our weekdays stay was very healing. Thank you! Our thanks too to Encik Jalil and Encik Maulud for their superb services and support.

Unpleasant stay.Very sorry, yet, the hotel was good because it was very quite, but old looking interior and nobody was there (might be it was a non-peak season). At around 640am, my room was disconnected from electricity (unplanned). Not sure why. About or around 4min later, received it back. Thanks! 10min before that, at 630am, I was watching TV before went for blackout. Off course cant call the hotel to ask about disconnection of electricity. Reason: After checked in, I can not used the in-room phone. I noticed this when I want to ask something at the time (So, I was ok to go to receip. and requested for maintenance team to fix it). Congrats: Fast action, the personel came to my room in 2min. Unfortunately, the personel said: the phone line was broken. It may takes time to fix. Overall: With your good staff, I would suggest some refurb. carry at the hotel in near future (for customer comfortable I guess) and therefore, at the time being, please.. the price should be lower than what was offered. Anyway, thanks to the staff.

It locate along the sea side, large area and a long beach back the building. Guest not too many. The only drawback is that not easy to buy daily use articles because it is far from the nearest town.

I opted for sea view room which came with an extra charge of RM50- definitely worth it. Location wise, bit secluded around 20 km from Rompin town

Beautiful place.. my room is facing the pool. U can access to the beach anytime. Breakfast was good with signature local foods.. golf is superb to play.. overall are fine..

Location is good. Design of resort is all beautiful. Food is ok, the breakfast is like semi buffet. Staff are friendly. Overall is good except the cleanliness of room, much more need to improve

Last minute booked..My kid like it so much. The pool good for children.The food was delicious and many choices. Hotel needs to improve toilet cleanliness and drain system.
