Centrally located in Kuala Selangor, there are convenience stores, karaoke, cafes and clinics. Highly recommended!

It was a busy merdeka week & i understand when water supply got disrupted. The poor lady at reception was doing her best to juggle check in/out & customer complaints. But the worst was at 11pm+, one of the staff open my room using a master card key & got shocked when seeing the room was occupied. We didn’t feel safe after that incident & resorted to jam the door. Btw, we book the 永安le Standard Room which boasted 39m3. But it was way smaller than that, by at least a third. Room is super small unlike advertised. Definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Service: The staff were [friendly/helpful/professional/slow/unresponsive]. Check-in and check-out were [smooth/long/confusing]. Facilities: The hotel offers [pool, gym, spa, restaurant, parking]. I found the facilities [well-maintained/outdated/average]. Food & Beverage: Breakfast was [delicious/average/limited], with a good variety of [local/international] options. Room service was [quick/slow] and the quality of food was [great/average/disappointing]. Location: The hotel is located [centrally/near tourist attractions/far from main areas]. It was [easy/hard] to access public transport and nearby restaurants.

Bilik family sgt2 kecik.. Toilet can see thru coz use kaca.. Not recommended utk family..

Booked quite late at night but check in was a breeze. They gave us 12.30pm checkout time. Just get ready with depo rm20 cash. If u don’t have cash might have to go elsewhere to withdraw money. Room is tight but okay for me with 2 young kids. Clean bed n cooling aircond. Working water heater, everything was clean. Good rest just to spend a night. Got good restaurant at the same row of the hotel to get meal throughout the day.

不是很乾凈 住一兩天可以 不是很推薦 那天去到wifi也是沒有 用maxis的更加沒有線噢 整體感覺不是很好。

Important amenities are not available, such as TV and wifi. They are still under construction.They are supposed to settle down all the facilities before takeover and open the hotel.. The room is so dusty
