房間有股黴味撲面而來 太久了冷氣長期的開着 需要維護

Nice view and weather, just cleaniness need to be more pay attention

We had a pleasant stay. Nice view whereby surrounding by Padi . The room was clean, and comfortable. Close to all sightseeing place. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the experience even better. I would consider staying here again.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The room assigned to us was infested with baby mosquitoes, which were visible on the windows, ceiling, and even on the beds. I requested for the room to be cleaned, but the cleaner seemed unwilling to assist until instructed by the receptionist. He was unable to remove all the mosquitoes and eventually used mosquito spray to kill them, leaving the room filled with a strong chemical smell. There were still baby mosquitoes flying around the entrance, and it was impossible to get rid of them completely. I then requested either a room change or a refund. After the receptionist contacted her supervisor, we were given another room. Unfortunately, this room had a similar issue, with baby mosquitoes stuck around the room, although fewer than in the first room. In addition, the room had a musty, moldy smell and a broken toilet door. Despite these problems, it was the best option among the rooms shown to us. We even had to purchase a mosquito racket to deal with the mosquitoes ourselves. Overall, this experience was unacceptable, and I will not be booking this hotel again.
