We have a very memorable time here as my kids and my siblings all like it especially with the kids-friendly pool. We checked in on 31st August which is Merdeka Day so the resort light up the fireworks at 12am and all of us enjoyed it. Our room is spacious and i recommended it for those with families with children. Breakfast is complete for a meal and delicious even the choices are limited. This resort also just near the main Jetty and close to many attraction here such as Melawati Hills, Masjid Raja Lumu and Restaurant Ikan Bakar. Will repeat again!

Just had 2 days 1 night here for family gathering. Good service provided by the resort. Cleanliness overall good. Suitable place to hang out with all age groups.

overall okay cuma time nak check in tu kena sidai dekat sejam sbb bilik tak siap lagi, harap boleh perbaiki utk masa akan datang.. apapun breakfast menu menarik dan sedap..

i had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location, though slightly isolated, was ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and just a short drive from major attractions, it offered the best of both worlds. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. This place is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!

The resorts was okay..staff very polite and nice..only problem with the monkey because they stole and ate my son’s donut while they had swimming in the pool😄

I've started to like the resort as soon as I entered the door, the friendliness of the front staffs were impeccable, especially Ms Suhadah and Adlin (sorry if I misspelled the names). They displayed a top class hospitality. The room I got was just a minute walk from the lobby and very close to the carpark, making it very convenient. I love the calming vibe of the hotel and even though it was a public holiday, we did not experience a lot of noise from the other guests. Location wise the resort is jist a mere 3 minutes drive to the foot of Bukit Malawati and 15 minutes drive to Pasir Penampang where most of the activities and night lives are located.

Very positive experience at reception. Heplful and informative. Buggy driver to our villa was polite and pleasant. A little way off from the main city area but of negligible consequence if one travels by car. Breakfast was sumptuous and freshly prepared. The outdoor pool was very inviting; we just didnt have enough time in KS to try it :)

Satisfied with the DePalma resort. While not a new hotel, the AC worked well, the bed was clean and comfortable, the hot water in the shower worked and the stay was without any problems. For birders staying in the area this is a good location. Check in and check out was fast. Staff was friendly.
