LOCATION: OKAY SERVICE: Dia minta no. booking instead of book atas nama siapa. Tapi okay ja, cni xminx deposit Cleanliness: Okay ja bersih, cuma tv xleh pakai, ac lak lambat sejuk. Amenities: Okay2 saja

3 days 2 nights stay, booked room with window, but the railing was broken so the curtain cannot be hung. Need to hang the curtain using cloth pegs. Curtain also dirty and has holes. TV also not working, told the reception (4 times) about it, the fifth time i told again, the reception said that the technician went to my room but i was not in. But still, no one came to check on the TV whenever I was in the room. On my last day, all the electricity in my room shut down when i slot the access card. I went down to the reception (mind you there was no room phone), and one technician is sent to my room to check on the problem. I even asked about the TV, and the technician said, oh the TV is not working for so long already. The reception knows about it (according to the technician). No wonder no one is sent to my room to check on the TV. I stayed in room 6, first floor. Facing the street and parking
