The resort abit old need renovation but it got great location and views

Sutera Beach Resort tempat yg sangat cantik. Pemandangan berhadapan laut. Tetapi Resort ini sudah lama dan seharusnya byk lah yg perlu di baik pulih. Dari segi makanan tak banyak pilihan dan ianya agak wajar dengan harga rm 20 sahaja untuk dewasa. Selari dengan kenaikan harga barang tetapi Resort ini masih mengekalkan harga yang sama. Resort ini juga tetap menjadi pilihan saya sekeluarga dari tahun 1999 hingga kini.

Bedroom too old. Try to upragred yr toilet. Smell so bad. But everything is good. Best view

永安預訂飛機票，竟然無法登機被趕下飛機，使我不得不重新訂票，滯留機場，沒地方睡覺。到了登嘉樓不得不入住這個酒店才不至於露宿街頭。環境惡劣。最後永安一副事不關己!

While the resort has the potential to be a great getaway, our experience was a mixed bag. *The Upside:* - *Breathtaking Sunrise*: We were lucky enough to witness a stunning sunrise, which was truly unforgettable. - *Local Breakfast*: The resort served a delicious local breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. - *Relaxing Atmosphere*: Once we got settled into our newly renovated room, the resort did provide a relaxing atmosphere. *The Downsides:* - *Remote Location*: The resort is situated in a very remote town, which might make it difficult for some travelers to access amenities and services. - *Room Conditions*: We were initially checked into a scary old dirty room, which was unacceptable. After lodging a complaint, we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a newly renovated room. - *Maintenance Issues*: Some rooms appear to be in run-down conditions, which raises concerns about the resort's maintenance and upkeep. *Overall:* While the Sutra Resort has its charm and can be a nice place to relax, the inconsistent room quality and remote location might deter some travelers. With some improvements in maintenance and room quality, this resort could truly shine. For now, it's a mixed experience that might be worth considering for those seeking a peaceful getaway.

La posizione è anche carina, peccato che la pulizia faccia molto desiderare. La camera non era stata per niente pulita.

Nice view, great pool view but poor room service & food options

Resort cantik. Stay sini sbb dekat dengan Jetty merang 5km je. esok tu nak je Pulau Redang. 🩷

Hotel best sgt . Sesuai dengan harga . Hotel ada access ke pantai . Bilik outdated . Tapi sbb ada pantai so pejam mata je 😂. Pool bersih . Breakfast ok ok la . Sesuai untuk healing2 . Tenangkan fikiran 👍👍. Overall recommended .

Should have More light in the room and balcony.toilet need to be improving...nice and calm but need a lot to be touched up on minor thing .anyway happy to stay .
