Hotel is quite practical. Near chinatown which offers many food choices. I used it as a base to explore the islands (Kapas, Reydang) on day 永安s. I got a room with va nice vew on the River.

Lokasi ok cuma bau bilik tu macam kayu lama. Spray perfume pun masih belum hilang. Bilik luas tapi tak selesa baunya. Bayar untuk review view tapi dapat city view. Mungkin boleh betulkan di 永安 app jika single bed mmg view city.

Booking for two nights room. The room is quite spacious but the carpet inside the room is smelly. The room is facing the roadside. The amenities in the bathroom is quite bad. No toothbrush and toothpaste been provided although stated that it can be provided by calling to the housekeeping. The sound of people chatting and talking from nearby room clearly penetrated to my room and is annoying.

房間除了衞生間還算乾淨，房間一股黴味，空調吹出來的風也是大黴味，我和老公兩個人是帶着口罩睡覺的。早餐還可以，該有的都有。但是對於健康考慮我不推薦這個酒店。

An upgraded hotel with clean and comfortable bathrooms. Quite spacious parking. Delicious food. The location is by the Terengganu River and you can see the view of the bridge, river and kuala from the hotel room. Very beautiful. Close to a food court that sells a variety of food and drinks at night.

This hotel have high potential because of the location. But sadly, its like rundown. Not properly managed. Staff very excellent service. As i need their services. I hope management can repairs and make hotel look better in future

Bilik luas. Toilet superb clean. Breakfast sedap2.. mee goreng sedap, nasi kuning daging merah sedap, soto sedap. Staff frm reception & jintan manis cafe murah senyuman & mesra. Cuma 1 nak tegur, towel bau busuk lembab & kepam. Tak lalu utk diguna so kami trpaksa guna kain batik utk lap selepas mandi. Mmg busuk kepam mgkin terus lipat dlm keadaan lembab. Tu saja. Yg lain ok & sgt padan dgn harga yg kami bayar.
