The room and staff deserves a 10 but the room given to us was facing the main road. It was terrible. We did not sleep well due to the loud noise from motorcycles passing by non stop throughout the night till past midnight. Not recommended for people who prefer peace and quiet.

Strategic location, got kopitiam downstairs and many other eateries surrounding and 7-Eleven across the road. Room are all good, there's hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board.

Minta clean up bilik dan staffnya kata ok nak buak pukul 4.15 petang tapi tak datang buat pun..kami balik ke bilik pukul 10 malam, keadaan bilik kami masih sama tanpa dikemas oleh staff hotel ini.

前台很好，環境太一般，蚊子超級多，老闆是華人，不咋地，虧了服務人員聽不懂中文，我們想要2張房卡，老闆不想人不在費電説沒有，一直都是一張，服務人員很好給製作了兩張，還幫忙放行李，就是環境真的很一般。

Cleanliness could be improved, old school style budget hotel with some modern twist! Provides carpark behind the hotel but need to pay just rm2.20 for a day of parking! Receptionist is super helpful and friendly

Conveniently located in the city centre. Booked a family room to accommodate six people and upon arrival we were informed the room has electricity problem so given two rooms for three people each, next to eachother. The rooms and toilets are basic yet modern and clean. Reception until 11pm and after, you need to call a number given at the counter for the staff on duty to come over. Access to hotel is open 24 hours nonetheless. Hotel parking at the back of the hotel and sharing with Ming Star hotel which is on the same block as this hotel. There’s also a 24-hour self-service laundry next to the hotel, a nice cafe (Coffee Lab) and Chinese muslim restaurant. Across the road there is a 7E and a food stall selling hot food that opens until very late.
