Located at shopping area and near the Terengganu attraction like Terengganu Drawbridge.Pasar Payang KTCC mall and Mayang Mall.Hotel near the food stall and Pantai Batu Burok . Iconic Beach at Kuala Terengganu. Staff is very friendly.. Welcome to Terengganu. Negeri Cantik Budaya Menarik.

This time around the room given is big and ypgraded room. The location is walkable distance to both malls and Pantai buruk. Too bad that the hotel isn't high enough for better sea view.

Very basic hotel..no freezer..room is quite small for us muslim who need to perform solat. But the surrounding is ok.easy to find food..boleh la for a budget 永安

Hotel teruk pada harga yg mahal. Klau harga rm60 ke bwah, aku bleh terima. Aku tempah katil quenn, dapat plak katil berkembar. Pastu aku prgi komplen nk tukar kt kaunter chek in, tapi tak dapat layanan yg spatutnya dn staff lelaki di meja kaunter xde senyuman lngsung. Tak dpat tukar bilik. Geram plak rase. Klu prtama aku hidup jumpa tuala hotel mcm ni, yg nampak usang dengan BAU KEPAM (lama tak guna, tak basuh) lagi truk dari tuala nenek aku kt rumah. Tuala ni klau nmpak usang tapi bau wangi lepas dobi, aku boleh terima lgi. Bilik 341 hotel ming star sungguh menyedihkan. Kali pertama dan terkahir aku chek in disini. Bye

The hotel room was very small, we barely had space to perform our prayers. The bed was firm and not comfy, the tv needed to be connected with own WiFi to enjoy Netflix or Youtube, hotel wifi was so slow. The room was totally outdated, there was no wardrobe and only one mirror available that’s in the bathroom. No hot water available at the sink and the amenities provided were towels only. It wasn’t our best experience with the hotel, it was not worth the price at all, please improve.

Bilik kecil paket minuman tak disediakan tuala berbau hapak tak berapa berbaloi dengan harga cuma berbaloi untuk kemudahan di persekitaran kedai makan banyak pilihan supermarket hanya perlu berjalan kaki je disamping kemudahan lain senang untuk didapati
