自然之家東灣海濱公寓 (Timurbay Seafront Residences by NatureHome)

The location is superb as there are so many food stalls by the roadside, many cafes and shops just within walking distance. The whole apartment is spotless and very well maintained. We came as a family of 6 and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the short stay. Kudos to the management who made the check-in process very systematic and hassle free. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Will definitely come again.

Clean. Comfy. Easy to check in. Very nice view. But can improve to have a cleaner towel. The towel is a little bit smelly. Otherwise, all are excellent.

Bilik ada 2 katil queen,1 katil single di dalam sebuah bilik lain. 2aircond. Ada mesin basuh,iron,sejadah..semua ada. Dekat dengan kedai. Kolam dan pantai. Sangat menarik dan mudah. Luar apartment macam2 kedai ada. Jangan risau tertinggal brg ke apa ke.. Owner pun bagus Always ready dengan arahan dan maklumat.

Comfortable and suitable for families of 4 to 5 pax. Clean and tidy. Pool and seaview. Great facility.

This hotel / air bnb / homestay consists of 4 main blocks which you can roughly expect to be choc full of families during public holidays, school holidays or any holidays. The advertised room that apparently sleeps 5 which we rented is actually kinda like a studio where they forcibly added another queen bed at the living area which is right next to the kitchen and raised the price to make it look like a value proposition that sleeps 5. The value is there and doesn't really matter since you're only in the room to sleep anyways. However, they probably couldn't find a front load washing machine and fit underneath the kitchen counter so they had to leave it out next to the tiny dining table which meant the original renovated space below the kitchen counter was meant for a much smaller washer. Anyways, the shoe cabinet is right next to the kitchen as they couldn't fit it near the door and the tiny single door fridge is next to the entrance instead. Probably because they couldn't swap the fridge with the washer because there is no water pipe next to the door area. Apart from these small gripes, I have 2 issues which I found lacking. Firstly, they only gave 1 access card. Unfortunately, the access card is needed to use the lift and enter the beach area. So, all 4 of us have to travel together all the time because we only had 1 access card which was really inconvenient. Lots of families just waited by the door at the beach to go in and out since everyone appears to be using only 1 access card per unit. Having 1 access card only is more inconvenient that you think. Secondly, I had a cockroach climb onto my arm in the middle of the night whilst asleep. My other arm automatically grabbed in and threw it onto the floor and I could hear it's body slamming against the floor and scuttling away. I had to wake up to clean up and when I went back to bed, lo and behold, that cockroach (I assume it's the same one I hope) was on my bed headboard looking at me....I tried to grab it and it ran behind the headboard never to be seen again. Well, on my way back to my room, I did notice the neighbors unit where the cleaners were cleaning the unit and cockroaches were running out onto the main hall. Looks like an infestation at the units there if you ask me. Here's the photo of the cockroach I took at 3am on my bed headboard before I tried to grab it........
