房間還不錯，雖然是間老酒店，但是凱悅品牌的質量還是可以的。早餐也很豐富，食品種類多，味道也不錯。這酒店最好的優勢是靠海邊，有沙灘。

酒店位置環境不錯，如果是浪小的季節一定更好。服務員都很熱情友善。提前溝通去慶祝生日酒店送了小蛋糕。家庭房面積不小，床也夠用，但房間設施確實陳舊，隔音也不是很好，走廊裏有人打噴嚏，隔壁連接房看電視、拉窗簾、開門等等聲音都能聽到。發黴的被子更難以接受

A Delightful Stay at Hyatt Regency Kuantan! I recently had the pleasure of returning to this fantastic hotel for my second stay, and I must say, it was just as delightful as the first time! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces from the staff, who made the check-in process incredibly fast and efficient, definitely a great way to start any stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such stunning scenery truly enhanced my experience, making every moment feel special. What really stands out about this hotel is its exceptional staff. Their kindness and willingness to assist made me feel right at home! It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and strive to provide a memorable experience. Overall, my stay was nothing short of superb, and I can't wait to return for a third time. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located accommodation with friendly service and incredible views, look no further—you’ve found the perfect place! Highly recommend!

I return to this hotel whenever I am in Kuantan as this is the best hotel in this town. The room is well designed with a sliding door on 2 sides of the bathroom so you can either keep it open to have an open feel or you can close both sliding door to keep the bathroom private if you are sharing a room . The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It has a good breakfast spread and beach in front of the hotel is stunning. Well done and please keep up the good work.

This is my beach resort to visit annually. Beautiful hotel especially with sea facing rooms, where you’ll also get to enjoy the amazing sunrise from your balcony. Very nice buffet breakfast with plentiful options. Overall, fantastic staff service that has improved over the years. Shout out to Rizal from front desk who provided great service and Zaki at the Sampan for the delicious Margarita.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the location is fantastic! It's just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous. The sand is soft and pristine, and the water is crystal clear—perfect for relaxing or swimming. Although the hotel is 45 years old, it's surprisingly well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and everything is kept clean. The overall vibe of the hotel is relaxed, which adds to the charm. The service and food were decent but nothing to write home about. While the staff were friendly, the service didn’t feel particularly exceptional. The food was okay, but there wasn’t much variety, and it didn’t stand out compared to other places I’ve stayed. Overall, I’d say this hotel is a great option if you're looking for a beautiful location near the beach with decent accommodations. The beach alone makes it worth the stay!

It was an okay stay..breakfast spread was good but i was unhappy with my room..i've asked front desk to change my room but unfortunately it was full house..also asked the front desk to fix the bulb on balcony but to no avail and even the balcony barrier also shaking 1st photo - the bulb at my balcony room too dimmed 2nd photo - the next door balcony very bright 3rd photo - i was hanging around the balcony luckily nothing happened it was shaking & broken

Love the hotel so much. It really lived up to it's 'seaview' location! Breakfast was facing the sea. Although there may be seabreeze, having more fans might help on days there isn't much wind(@Kampung Restaurant) Within walking distance, you may opt to eat local food, fast food like Mac Donalds and KFC are just nearby. You may also chill at Starbucks or Chagee just beside the resort. All in all, we had a blast with the bbq dinner. Although it would have been better if it was outdoors, we enjoyed ours inside as the weather was gloomy that evening. Hyatt Kuantan, we'll come back soon! Next time, more rooms 😉
