Good location next to beach. Big swimming pools for both adults and children. Breakfast is good. Stayed many times but this time, my son and me were bitten by bed bugs. Also our bedsheets has sands on it. Nevertheless friendly staffs.

We had to change rooms twice. The first room, number 314, was dirty, so we were moved to room 300A, which was slightly cleaner. However, the bathroom in this room was clogged, and after taking a shower the water did not drain properly. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of half the room rental fee. If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the complaint to the Tourism Authority.

The beach was clean and relaxing, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were well-maintained, and it was a nice short getaway overall.

Love the beach 🏖️ at Adena.The chalet is ok but the floorboards in front the bathroom are warped due to moisture. The breakfast was acceptable. Overall the hotel is good 😊

Pros: Fast check-in & check-out. Friendly front desk. Free and reliable wifi strength Got a working refrigerator & adjustable air conditions. Breakfast buffet: not much choices but all come with tasty taste. Long and sandy beaches but lack of cleanliness. Cons: Very small and dirty lobby. Very small room and bathroom. Need to place RM100 as deposit. Free but uncovered parking. No soap and body lotion were provided. Do not provide additional key cards. Very limited tv channels. No bidet. Clogged sink. Faulty safe box. Tea and coffeee sachets was not replenished. Very small swimming pool.

Great Location, But Cleanliness and Maintenance Need Urgent Attention I recently stayed at Adena Beach Resort, located at Balok Beach, right next to Swiss Garden. The resort has a promising location with easy access to the beach, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The room view was okay, but it was distracting and filthy due to a large amount of bird faeces on the balcony, which made it hard to enjoy the scenery. Additionally, the toilet and sink were clogged, which was very inconvenient and unhygienic. The swimming pool was not very clean, and the beach had strong waves, making it unsuitable for swimming, especially for families with children. On a slightly positive note, the breakfast spread was acceptable, with a decent variety of items. Overall, while the resort has potential due to its location, serious improvements are needed in cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This is my second time booking this hotel. This time, I chose the Garden Chalet King. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is smaller compared to the Beach Chalet. In the Beach Chalet, the sink, shower, and toilet are all inside the bathroom. For the Garden Chalet, the sink is placed outside, right next to the entrance. The chalet has a balcony facing a pond, which could have been a nice feature. Unfortunately, it wasn’t well maintained and was covered in lizard droppings. Even inside the room, I found ants and baby cockroaches. The room felt dusty and poorly maintained. Despite the condition of the room, the environment is still pleasant. It’s walking distance to the beach, with plenty of food options nearby. The town is also not too far if you want to explore.

連住了兩晚小屋，酒店環境ok，海灘很棒，房型也很好，很適合我們，但是但是但是衞生很差很差很差，服務也跟不上，馬桶居然上一個客人的shi也沒有沖乾淨，床上發現小強🪳，沙發還留了上一位客人穿過的襪子，這三件事足以令我們這次旅行產出巨大的陰影，酒店方面也不給解決方案，倒是永安方面給了一點點補償，但是這無法阻止我在這裏吐槽這個酒店！

Such a great experience stayed here for 3D2N. Love the ambiance of the resort. Very peaceful and relaxing. The resort itself had their own private beach which is great. At night also had live band performance. Little to improve is the shower gel provide extra. No toothbrush provided Shower & toilet room small. Overall, I love stayed here. Will come again soon!
