關丹瑞士貝爾酒店 (Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan)

住的海景房很不錯，check in check out 都很方便 24小時的 拿到20樓 ，隔音需要加強 樓上一直傳下來 開車來的很方便

Smooth check in and bell boy very good assist us to send our luggage to our room. However the lift service is very bad especially during peak hours when all guests want to go to swimming pool. Only 3 lifts working. No aircond inside lift and inconvenience. Breakfast not much variety. However i enjoy the staycation

It’d be nice if they could provide small spoons. But overall the stay I had was amazing. My son loves the pool expcept it’s open air & too sunny and got no shades. I only have 1 pci my son took:

First thing first is hotel ni bangunan dia mcm kondo airbnb yg mana 1 tower utk resident atau airbnb, 1 lgi tower utk hotel. Expetation aku hotel ni mcm hotel dgn building yg proper( hotel own building), tapi hakikatnya tak yg mana bagi aku tak proper buat hotel yg menyebabkan sesak semasa peak hour especially semasa check-in timing (bertembung dgn airbnb). Bilik pulak aircond aku tak berapa sejuk, tapi lepas call maintenance service okay lah sejuk tapi still tak berapa sbb aku set 16deg the whole night (jrg aku set 16deg sbb terlampau sejuk kebiasaannya). Breakfast pon okay okay lah. Lokasi best dekat dgn byk tempat mkn, bandar kuantan dan teluk chempedak. Overall aku bagi 5/10.

The hotel was near the town and the sea, the check-in process was smooth, the staff were polite, the room was spacious, there was a variety of food choices for breakfast with options for indoor and outdoor seating as well as in room dining and there were a lot of facilities that you could try such as the swimming pool, kid's pool with playground, sauna, spa and other outdoor activities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay to relax and enjoy with your family.

I booked Swiss-Belhotel because of its positive reviews on 永安 and reasonable prices. When I arrived, the welcome on reception wasn’t the best, but this may have been due a language barrier. My room was spacious and clean and the view was nice. There is also a convenience store downstairs. Unfortunately there was a stale smell in the room which reception were helpful in asking the cleaning team to try to remove. Sadly it did not last and the smell returned and was in ingrained in all of the upholstery and made it quite unpleasant to sleep in. I stayed one night. When I went to breakfast, I did have another issue with the hygiene here, all of the hot dishes had been left open and staff had not closed them, and there were a lot of flies landing on dried noodles and fresh fruit which was generally uncovered. Service was also limited. As a result, I was unable to eat breakfast here and asked to shorten my stay. In this regard, the reception team were helpful in contacting 永安 to organise a refund and gave me my deposit back. Personally, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. During my last hotel stay, I checked in late after a long drive and was relieved by the fast, friendly service at reception. The room was spotless, with crisp sheets and a comfortable bed that made the fatigue melt away. Breakfast the next morning exceeded expectations—fresh coffee, hot food, and plenty of variety. What stood out most was how the staff noticed small details, like offering extra water bottles without being asked. The only downside was thin walls that made it a bit noisy at night. Overall, the experience felt welcoming, efficient, and worth recommending to other travelers.

Good location, direct access to the beach and sea. Nice sea view, serenity environment in the night👍🏿 Spacious room and bed. Friendly staffs. Body shampoo smells very nice ☺️ Area to improve: - aircond noise kindda loud ("quiet" mode of the controller is not functioning), affecting sleeping quality. Visitors may consider turn off the aircond in the night as the temperature near the seaside of not too hot. - water heater temperature seems not stable, and quite hard to adjust. It would get burning hot or freezing cold unexpectedly.. Visitor better let the water run a while and keep testing before going under the shower. - hair dryer is the old type ones, airflow is slow compared to the new models. If u hv the concern, may bring ur own hair dryer. - in-door disposable slippers not provided, may bring ur own if necessary, the walking towards the bathroom is the tiled floor, quite cold if walk on it at the night..

Really enjoyed the place with my family. Fully recommended. Nice swimming pool for my kid. A very nice view especially at dawn where you may see all the fishing boats return back to the jetty from the middle of ocean. Regarding foods, besides good foods available at the hotel, believe me, there are also a lot of fantastic options of Malay restaurants nearby (walking distance) such as Ana Ikan Bakar Petai for lunch and dinner and can enjoy your lovely bfast at Gerai Achik Patta. For Muslims, there is also a mosque not really far from the hotel just 450m away. But the beach is not like other sandy beaches, here is muddy beach instead. That’s why that place is named as ‘Tanjung Lumpur’😁.
