Running down building. Need to make major refurbishment. Aircond got smell. Room got ants. Suite but no view facing houses. Ok for 1 night n for sleep only.

Everything ok. Great stay. Apartment clean and spacious.. convenient for family. location also strategy to town or beach(Teluk Cempedak).. Very good and friendly staff. Definitely will stay here again.

free parking outside if its raining then it will be trouble for you. pool cleaning between 7am-11am inappropriate since checked out is at 12pm building needs major maintenance

Lokasi sesuai & mudah ke pusat bandar, teluk cempedak & beserah…mudah untuk mencari tempat makan yang menarik…kediaman bersih & selesa.. amat sesuai untuk percutian keluarga. Receptions & front desk yg mesra pelanggan. Perkhidmatan amat bagus.

Recommend for family who like vacation bcs this residence suite can fit 5 people in 1 suite. 2 queen bed and 1 single bed but no worries bcs living room so spacious. Location also strategic near town. But it didn’t provide plate. Mug, coffee 3 in 1 and mineral water provided. Swimming pool was clean. But the suite a bit smelly. Anyway, good service. Will repeat.

Rumah sgt bersih dan selesa dgn minimal deco,deco pun mcm kat hotel,ade gym & swimming pool,harga berpatutan.rumah ade 3 bilik yg luas,2 bilik air.2 bilik katil queen & 1 bilik ade 2 katil single.suasana pun best tak jauh sgt dgn City Center.sesuai utk percutian keluarga
