Everything is good. Except customer service. They won't pick up your call. Only entertain WhatsApp. A bit troublesome. You have to wait for their response. No info was given on check in procedure upon confirmation. Only I arrived the premises then only the guard ask for QR code to enter the guard house. I was anxious coz no info, call hotel no response.
