1 nachtje een hotel geboekt tijdens mijn backpack reis. Bij de kamer die ik kreeg zag ik al gelijkt ‘baby’ (nymph) bedwantsen lopen. (Zie foto’s). Ik ben naar de receptie gegaan en verteld wat ik zag. Geen reactie, nieuwe kamer gekregen. Daar ook waren wederom bedwantsen, daarnaast was die kamer ook nog eens super goor. (Zie foto’s). Weer naar de receptie gegaan om te vertellen dat ze daar ook zitten. Geen reactie, toen heb ik zelf maar gezegd dat ik daar niet blijf.

皆さんホテルが提供している綺麗な寫真に騙されないようにしてください。 実際の部屋はカビが酷く、設備も古いです。 シーツやタオルはボロボロで、シミやほつれがあり気持ち悪かったです。 また部屋には蟻が大量におり、100匹以上は潰しましたが永遠に出てきます。 今まで経験したホテルで最悪な経験でした。 ホテルロビーは無人で近隣の別のホテルにチェックインしに行かないといけません。

Everything was ok but check in a bit late at 3pm. if possible please allow check in 2pm.. basic facilities, but provide netflix access. nearby food stall and walking distance to street art and 188 tower..

A bit different with the picture they show. The lobby is grand and excellent, but the room I think, needs to do some renovations.

We booked a room with a 永安le bed. Check-in was easy and smooth. The room is quite smaĺl for 3 adults. The toilet is clean and the heater is working well. The Econditioner is good. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. But the room smells with the cigarette even we requested for non smoking room.

The location is at the center of Kuantan city which is very convenient to many tourist. A limited car park (non covered) is available but was always full at night. Plenty of eatery nearby within a walking distance.

Overall, a bit dirty. Also I think should provide guest for early check in if there is any vacant room. The toilet bowl really traumatized me.
