酒店整體比較陳舊，服務衹能説一般般。最讓我們不能忍受的就是噪音，看到桌子上的兩對耳塞，我就預感到事情不妙。第一晚，我戴着耳塞勉強入睡，因為趕路比較勞累，勉強睡著了，但是一直在忍受對面那個BBQ beer party的噪音。第二晚，因為正好遇到馬來新年，第二天正好是馬來人的除夕，那天稍微消停了一點兒，但是也是能聽到對面功放的咚咚和轟隆聲。第三天晚上着實令人意想不到的是，不僅前兩晚的咚咚轟隆聲越來越大，可以説是3-4倍暴擊，還添加了架子鼓的鼓聲，總之就是這種節奏就是BBQ過新年，我們在床上過新年，一直持續到凌晨四點左右。今天我們趕飛機，一點兒精神都沒有，總之特別特別不推薦，因為實在是太太太太吵啦😂😂😂😂

古晉住宿 2026/3/13-2026/3/15 古晉三日遊兩晚住宿記錄 1️⃣位置（5/5）出遊最看重位置希望一些經典可以步行到達出門左轉是海南街很多美食推薦Hup Ho 出門右轉就是標誌性白貓路口 city walk十分鐘差不多就是砂撈越河邊打卡點了吃喝逛都很方便我們在這裏附近按摩的也不錯便宜 2️⃣環境（3.5/5）設施有些陳舊了但是不耽誤住就是比較簡單有螞蟻可能是東南亞都有吧不多可以接受隔音效果一般有點吵但還好住客素質都還好 3️⃣服務（5/5）前台服務熱情房間內WhatsApp熱線及時回覆迅速響應

位子在於市中心，房間環境不錯…酒店附近也很多美食，想買這裏特產酒店附近都有…交通也方便……就停車位比較麻煩一些，比較少… 缺點就是，房間隔音太差了……

Overall acceptance is 2.5/5. cleanness is acceptable. the cooling of the air conditioner is unable to adjust. Either it is freezing or stuffy if you switch it off. Shower hot water is good, but the shower holder putting so high that can't take shower hand free. The design of the toilet entrance door combined with the bath tub door is clever design, but I would rather the bath tub has a separate sliding door. One major point that caused a loss in rating is that I booked for 4 nights. On the 3rd night, I couldn't get into my room, and it happened again on the last day morning. We need to go to the front desk to unlock the card. It is so annoying and disrespectful.

Location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town area. However, there is a bar (Borneo Rednecks) across from the hotel. If you are assigned to the room facing the bar, it can get noisy until late. Other than that, everything is working fine and the room is clean.

Convenient location. Many food options nearby. Room is small. Cleanliness is bad - they didn't even sweep the floor when they make up the room. I had to ask them to change the bedsheets after a few days cos I developed rashes. And there were many small black flies in the bathroom. Feedback to the receptionist many times but problem is still not resolved even when I checked out. The GM came to speak with me after I checked out, and said she didn't know until the new receptionist told her about my situation. But I have already checked out, and they didn't do anything to remedy the situation. The black dots on the ceiling are some of the flies. There were many more on the walls and other parts of the ceiling.

I had a great stay at Meritin Hotel. The location is excellent within walking distance to Kuching Waterfront, Chinatown, and many great local eateries. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering good value for the price.i really appreciate the simple welcoming notes inside room. For women, they also give iron and iron board Got kiblat direction inside room Only my request is, can help to provide sejadah as well?

A local recommended the hotel, and I'm glad I booked it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bonus points would be the location, as it is surrounded by authentic local food places, and just a few meters away from the hotel is a great foot massage centre for families. Book early to get their reasonable rates. The only drawback is that no disposable razor is provided, but then if you are on a holiday, there’s no need to shave…unless you are there for a meeting, then it’s a must-have.

很噁心的酒店！趕緊跑！！！衞生間的換氣扇無法關閉，運行噪音巨大（手機拍攝對於低頻噪音不敏感，實際聲音遠比視頻裏吵），那個動靜之大，彷彿房間裏擺了一台正在運行的空調外機！！而且衞生間的門衹是一塊玻璃，不能密封，關上也絲毫不隔音。從下午入住直到深夜，換氣扇就沒有停止過運行。被吵到實在受不了，深夜23點退房換酒店！！看到之前的評論裏有人提到同樣問題，估計是同一間房。如此重大的故障，酒店居然不處理，仍然把房間拿出來銷售，實在是黑心。退房第二天，永安告知酒店拒絕任何補償！！（還好永安給力，自掏腰包返了一半的房費）
