I suggest adding more entertainment facilities so that guests can have additional options for relaxation and fun apart from swimming. This would definitely improve the overall guest experience and value.

Everything was perfect, from service - rooms - breakfast and the best part is the view!  I do think that some things could be made better like the locks on doors and the 500kg slidng doors. But overall very cozy and comfortable experience from the team and Santubong!

nice and beautiful hotel. breakfast serve at 7.30am but we need to go Bako early morning, so hotel still able to prepare the breakfast for us to take away.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and ready to help us with a smile. They even waiting and welcoming us to the counter for registration though it’s a hot day. He also led us to our guest room. When we opened the room, the air conditioning was ready for us. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and a beautiful view. I especially enjoyed the greeneries and peaceful surrounding, the well-kept landscaping facilities and delicious food served at the restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully arranged especially my birthday cake, to make the guests feel welcome and relaxed. The swimming pool is built above the sea with a good and fantastic view across the sea horizon especially beautiful sun rise view. Besides, it’s safe for beginner like me. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family, and look forward to coming back again. Congrats.

Absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the pool had stunning views.

We enjoyed our stay. Although, I expected that you could go to the beach but you can't go and swim in it. The maintenance outside could do some improvement especially the pool and pool area needs a renovation. The chairs and lounges are not taken care of. The towels are just there and getting rained on. The rooms was nice even there was a small issue with the airconditioner but they addressed it immediately. We loved the food. Everything we ate there was delicious. Kudos to the chef and restaurant staff.

1.停車很方便，有門僮在門口幫忙搬運行李， 2.訂的園景房，現場加錢升級到了園景別墅，坐戶外沙發聽海浪相當愜意。 3.早餐是沙撈越全程最好的一家，半自助，每人可以單點一份，西式+沙撈越+馬來的菜系都有，擺盤和味道都非常不錯，度假感拉滿。 幾點建議，也希望酒店能越做越好。 a.園景房門口的大片公區是鋪的瓷磚，下雨了之後地上那叫一個滑，如果能鋪上長的地墊會好很多。 b.前台員工禮貌有加，但權限不太高，很多事情都需要請示。 總之，非常推薦！
