Just beside the state hospital, walking distance. Room is spacious. Not enough lighting. The aircond is noisy. Steps in bathroom which may be dangerous to elderly. Staffs are friendly. Convenient store on site opens from 10am-10pm. Breakfast acceptable options. Overall value for the money.

My room is a linked room, so the sound-proof is terrible, my neighbor‘ s midnight loud music and 5am clock alarms(last for almost one hour) annoyed me. Finally I’ve changed my room to a twin room without linked door, which I finally could have a sleep. So the overall service is nice but the overall experience is terrible

A comfortable stay at Impiana by Roxy Hotel. It offers a great location, clean rooms, and good service. The renovated facilities were top-notch and the value was excellence.

酒店位置好 到哪都近 環境好 樓上還有個酒吧 晚上上去喝一杯看看夜景 特別好 前台服務也特別到位 不用擔心語言不通 他們會耐心聽你説

Location near to hospital, however far from town, but accessible with taxi. Loud noise penetrates into the room if ambulance siren, noisy bikes and cars, as the glasses are not thick enough to block the noises. Lack of amenities. However, the facilities are still new. Good interiors. Balcony is spacious. Impressive water pressure and constant hot water. Tentative staff. Good breakfast.

location was very convenient, there was a mini convenience store on the ground floor which came in handy. The room was very spacious and clean, except for the drain that had a few black spots and the table some dust bunnies. Overall experience was excellent. Could have benefited with a hair dryer in the room and a food menu for breakfast as there were no labels and I had no idea what I was eating. The hair conditioner pump was not refilled.

房間枕頭上有屋子，廁所的衞生也不是很好 出門基本上靠打車，周邊有永旺 去市區不到3公里車 不過中午時段很難叫車

Hotel is near by Unimas Campus. You must drive a car or rent a car to everywhere. Room is big. Air conditioner is cold. Television is small. Light is not enough, a bit dark. Be careful when showering because there are steps. Not much choice for breakfast.
