Location is good However I was being assigned to a top floor room even though there are many available rooms downstairs. Wifi was very weak in the room have to go out to the walkway to get connected Room has no TV Guess for that price can't expect much. Location is very close to Chinatown with many eateries

We didnt have the chance to stay in the place because we had another booking reservations that was booked by our friend.

We did not even see the board of the hotel to show there was an exact hotel we searched for. (inc. grab, taxi cant find it) The room less suitable for two person. They not even provide room cleaning service for those who stay in more than 1 days. The hotel worker not even use proper clothes to show that they are the hotel client service. The toilet does not clean. The switch not proper functioning. There also an 18+ draw on the back of the hanging mirror. The place is so noisy from outside especially on night. They dont provide a optional service such as iron cloth and fast food. Maybe it was there, but in hidden place. They customer service not even introduce more advance of the hotel unless we ask them frequently.
