It’s our 1st time staying in the hotel and the people working there are all friendly and very helpful too. A nice place to stay with family too. Receptionists are very kind 👍🏻

Go for rooms in Block B — everything inside (pillows, blankets, towels) still looks new and clean. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, which also houses the function rooms, resulting in an unpleasant smell along the corridor.

The breakfast is great! Love the spread.. Better than a 5 star option. Room's big and it's comfortable. It's about RM6 way from vivamall.. Friendly staff.. no deposit.. that's the best..

the 2 bedroom apartment is nice & spacious.. got all amenities as shown in pictures; fridge, 2in1 washer dryer & and small kitchen area (without cooking utensils so basically you can’t cook anyway).. got 3 TVs in total and all 3 can access netflix, youtube etc (use ur own acc).. their road directions around the hotel is kinda weird tho so just be careful not to get in the opposite lane~ anywayyy their service is great especially the receptionists & cafe staff

廁所洗臉盆有污垢，馬桶沖水一直下不去，隔音不行，一大早都聽到泳池的吵鬧聲，兩卧室公寓衹提供兩人份早餐，其餘的要付款RM50,小孩半價，定價不低提供的食物卻非常普通，補充食物的速度太慢，等了好一段時間才補上的米粉卻半生不熟，之前來過幾次印象都很好，這次屬實有點失望了

My room feels clean, fresh, and modern. The front desk staff was able to accommdate my last request from premier queen to prenier king. staff helpful, polite and responsive. it made my stay a pleasent one.

Overall is good and convenient location especially quiet environment but avoid room near ballroom haha if got any function or event really noisy

I requested for one more pillow, because of my back pain. But the Hotel Front desk and House keeping refused to give me extra pillow. Not friendly at all. I wouldn’t stay in this Hotel in future
