Toilet fan look like not rotating. Toilet bowl too close to wall and shower area too small. Wi-Fi  cannot connect at all in the room.

I booked this hotel because I need to get near my new apartment for cleaning. There are 7-eleven, halal and non halal restaurants downstairs, and it's very close to Swinburne Uni. The room is small for two people, all and all it's very convenient for me.

Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well.

Quite a new hotel with low price which worth of the value. Is just not so spacious of the room and the bathroom. Overall is ok and comfortable for stay.

The room is suitable for a couple that is looking for a budget place to stay for vacation. The environment and decorations are vibrant. It just we found a little stain on the comforter, and i hope this won't happen again. Overall, it is good and comfortable.
