Everything is good! Enjoy the stay over there with alot of shops and nice restaurant around that area as well! Definitely will visit again, one disadvantage was that period the building is under construction

The room itself was very big and spacious line a 5 star hotel but it was looking rather worn and dull aesthetically speaking . Perhaps because it is before renovation. Currently there is a renovation and some parts of the hotel are already complete, im sure guests would love it at that time. The service was pretty good though.

Overall okay for Kuching just the hotel need to refurbish and upgrade. Aircond in the room not really cool when the weather is hot there. Location wise super convenient and suitable for business travel purpose.

Overall, the stay was good. The staff were friendly and polite, which made the experience pleasant. However, the amenities provided were quite limited. As the hotel is still under renovation, mornings can sometimes be disturbed by construction noise. The waiting area near the lift to the car park could use some improvement as the lighting is rather harsh and uncomfortable. Additionally, it would be much more convenient if complimentary parking were provided for hotel guests.

The room feels a bit old, although it’s spacious. The newly renovated rooms will only be available from October 2025 onwards. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, but the lobby has already been nicely completed.

The hotel was under major renovation during my stay, so the first day check-in was at level 21. It was a bit confusing at first since my Grab driver dropped me at the side entrance, I had to go through the mall, carry my heavy luggage up one flight of stairs, and then take the lift to level 21. By the next day, the new main lobby was open, and I must say it looks very modern and welcoming! There was still a slight smell lingering and, strangely, quite a lot of flies around, but overall it’s a big improvement. The room itself felt a little old and dated. The corridor had a mild moldy smell, and while the room was generally clean, there was some dust in the corners. Hopefully, room renovations will follow soon. The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. Every single person I encountered was attentive, helpful, and easygoing, just like the wonderful local people I met in Kuching. With updated rooms to match their excellent service, this place would be perfect.

Due to the hotel being under renovation, all guests are only allowed to park at the basement car park. From there, it’s a very long walk and requires using three different lifts just to reach the room. Even in the evening, the lobby car park is not available for guests, as it is reserved only for their VVIPs, despite the limited parking. During my 5D4N stay, I had to go through this process every time I went out and came back — walking a long distance and using three lifts. Overall, it was very inconvenient. Currently, I would not recommend this hotel until the renovation and parking arrangements are improved.

Although hotel lobby is on renovation, and their check in counter will be at level 21. And the great thing is hotel breakfast will be at level 22 executive longue with incredible high view.

Still under renovation so the lobby is a bit messy and Grab almost can't find the place to pick me up. Stephanie offered me complimentary breakfast, though my booking doesn't inlcude. Short one day stay so didn't get to use the facilties. Will visit again next when renovation is over.

The hotel is under renovation and many areas are closed including the pool. The conceige is located at 21st floor instead of thr usual lobby. Frankly the building is old which needs an upgrade badly. I believed is a better choice to stay after the upgrade. Service wise is excellent though.
