The hotel nearby carpenter street - walking distance of 10 minutes. Aircond- OK Hot Water - OK Bed - just fine Nearby food - No OK. Need to walk certain distance to get your dinner.

The location is excellent – conveniently situated within walking distance to shops, eateries, and Kuching Festival. The hotel offers ample parking space. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We noticed stains on the bedsheets, and there was even a lizard in the room, which was unsettling. We had booked two connecting rooms (with no door in between 2 rooms) for four guests, but found that there was only one shared bathroom and toilet in one of the rooms, which was inconvenient.

First time booking this hotel and it's a good stay for a night as the room is quite small to me but for solo travellers probably ok with this kind of room. The surroundings at night are very quiet so we could sleep comfortably. Probably would come here again if it's for a night only. The location is quite far from the waterfront but there is a beautiful church in front of the hotel

前台會説華語的小姐姐態度真的太好了 ，好温柔，每次詢問她事情的時候總是微笑有耐心的回答，其次房間也還可以，算挺乾淨了，喜歡這個窗戶，缺點是浴室沒有手拿的花灑，衹有固定的，不是很方便。

Last 2 year stay here. Everything is good. This time not really good especially toilet area. Their management should be check every bidetspray is it in good condition or not.complaint direct to counter on that day is not for my type🙏🏻.
