古晉砂拉越犀鳥回憶酒店 (Memoire Hornbill Hotel Kuching Sarawak)

價廉房美、乾淨, 有電梯。地點適中, 樓下有美食中心及麥當勞。附近有Aeon Mall 及2間商業銀行。酒店也有提供供小型開會的會議廳出租。

Please be informed of the reception limited working hours. It is so ridiculous that nobody informed me when I checked in on the very first day. Only until I checked out early in the morning, there is no staff on duty, and then I saw the notice. I can't get my deposit back, I have to pass the room card and deposit slip to my Malaysian friend to get back my deposit. The carpet of the corridor is terrible. It is very dirty. Luckily, it is a wooden floor in the room. The bed is big, leaving not much space to open two luggage bags. The toilet cleaningness is acceptable. The bulb near the basin is not working , and there is no housekeeping help to replace it. There is a telephone but there is no line. The hair dryer is not working, I have to take it to the reception to change for a new one. There are many windows in the room, so natural lighting is good. However, outside the windows is a heavy traffic road, even with all the windows closed, the traffic noise is with you day and night. I won't consider this hotel in the near future.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and had great amenities, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city!!!

The location is convenient as there is Mcdonalds, 7-11, and a food court right outside. The downside is the food court is kind of noisy around 10pm to 12am. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper and wants to go to bed early Luggage storage services can be better. I was asked to just leave my bag on the floor, without any tag to verify whether I am the owner. This got me worried.

除了樓下吃飯方便別的真的不怎麼樣。房間電話是壞的，半夜12點門口很吵，還有人敲門，又趕上下雨，很恐怖。吹風機也沒有

Sangat berpuas hati… bawah hotel tempat makan siap ada Mcd.. sangat berbaloi.. 3 malam setiap hari kena cleaning.. sangat2 recommended… akan repeat lagi..

房間很大，空調冷氣很足，樓底下就是food court, 去醫院和商場aeon很近 The room is big, the air conditioning is very strong, there is a food court downstairs, and it is very close to the hospital and the aeon shopping mall

Good location, clean room, hot water pressure. Has mcd n food court below hotel with lots of options. Recommended pork and chicken satay.

I don't enjoy this 永安. Kinda dissapointed. Personally for me Kuching is pricey as everything needs to use Grab to go certain places. Public transportation for bus is not friendly at all, rarely seen, unknown where to hop on and heading to. All my journey has to use Grab, not good for solo travelers that want to save on fare. I hesitant to come here again.

Bilik tidak sama seperti dalam gambar 永安. Booking sepatutnya dapat bilik yg ada tingkap tapi bile check in orang kaunter bagitahu bilik tiada tingkap macam bilik biasa. Ada lift. Tempat agak sukar untuk dicari. Lantai bilik kotor dan bilik air kotor.
