Staffs were helpful, room design was a bit weird but ok. Door needs adjustment. Needed to slam the door when closing from outside. Also needed to validate parking every time i drive out of the building which was a bit of a pain. But the room was clean, elevators were fairly quick. Plenty of parking. Good value for money

시설이 너무 낡고 체크인 하는 데도 1시간이 걸림ㅠㅠ 체크인 하고룸에 올라 갔는데, 화장실이 변기가넘쳐 화장실 바닥이 너무 지저분 함 ㅠㅠ 청소 부탁했는데 1시간 넘어서야 청소해줌 ㅠㅠ 방름도 전혀안됨 ㅠㅠ

The bed was dirty and full of dust, 1 double bed and 2 single bed,but only 3 pillows and 2 blankets was provided if need extra pillow or blanket have to pay for rm20 each per night ,the soundproofing was terrible, and trash was not cleared even after I requested housekeeping. Stayed for 3 nights — only one roll of toilet paper was provided, no water was replenished daily, and on the last day the toilet was clogged. Very bad experience.

sangat selesa and saya dpt tidur dgn nyenyak. I love the hotel vibe very exclusive . include swimming pool tapi sayang skli waktu nak mandi sllu hujan. Makanan dia mungkin boleh improve sikit sbb masin sangat. staff dia sgt melayani and tolong ambilkan gambar dan bukakan pintu. 🫶🏾

Hotel sangat ok, servis cepat sebab masa mula datang towel tiada,so kena turun kaunter untuk minta towel,bilik agak bersih dan selesa. Lokasi bersebelahan dengan hospital umum kuching. Dalam kozi square ada dobi coin,foodcourt dan mini market. Dan ada fun factor tempat mainan untuk budak dan dewasa rm35 seorang.
