酒店位置很好，房間清潔衞生，從窗戶望出去，就是河邊，酒店門前就是打卡的地方。早餐款式很多，味道也很好，值得推薦的酒店。

Generally very good stay. Will stay again. It's good value for money. Aircon is cold enough. Bedding clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok - nice kolo mee. The grounds are very well kept - pls see photo. There are a no of necessary improvements though 1. Housekeeping not great - body finished but not refilled. Had to ring but already shampooed. 2. Bathtub ceiling too low. I'm 1.78 m and had to crouch to shower 3. Low water pressure 4. Breakfast pastries hard and dry

Been to this hotel many times, one of my favourite hotel. All nice at this hotel plus very strategic location. Only one things can improve - ‘please smile’ more… I know there lots of work, I’m in service industry too… the more your smile while service the customers, it reduce your stress and make you happier 😊

We stayed here for a long weekend staycation. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view, especially at night. I also enjoyed the TV, which had plenty of free movies to choose from. However, the toilet was a bit smelly and not very clean, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear kids playing and screaming in the next room quite clearly. Breakfast didn’t have many options, but the food served was still delicious. Overall, I think this hotel is a good choice for tourists who want convenience and a nice view, but maybe not the best option if you’re looking for a quiet or intimate vacation.

這酒店真是有很多問題： 1. 温度非常凍，房間就算你關掉冷氣他仍然很凍。 2. 房間 已有相當年年日， 浴室有很多發黴的情形。 3. 酒店housekeeping 達不到先有的水準， 很多時沒有發給毛巾。 浴室用品 有時補，充有時不補充。 4. 毛巾很黃 5. 酒店泳池是相當細小的 6. 早餐還可以，但每日都是一樣的。 唯一可取是工作人員態尚度有禮貌。

The location is very central and right beside the riverfront. Many nearby restaurants within walking distance. Staff service is excellent. It's a very old hotel but well maintained. The only minor issue was that the drain in the shower area takes too long clear the water.

I had a lovely 4 nights stay. Location was strategic. My room was big, cold and comfortable with fluffy pillows. The bellhop was helpful. I liked that I requested for an easily accessible room and was given the room next to the lift. I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as it was repetitive and lacking much choices.

The room facing the Sarawak River, spacious, aircond functioned well, the toilet was okay. The hotel is situated at a strategic area which next to a shopping complex, walking distance to many eatery places like the Topspot. The breakfast buffet has good spread i.e nasi lemak, mi kolok laksa Sarawak etc. Overall, it was a pleasant stay 😊

So far semua best..sarapan sedap. Mi kolok sedap. Cuma kolam je perlu lebih bersih. Bilik semua ok. Staff friendly 👍🏻. Sentiasa senyum n ramah. Inshaallah nanti repeat lagi.

酒店位置超級棒，就在市中心，去哪都方便！貓雕像就在酒店門口！房間很大很乾凈，床也很大很軟，枕頭也超棒，好軟好喜歡！ 早餐很豐盛，很多馬來西亞特色菜品。吃不慣的話也有西式選項。 唯一有一點小小的遺憾是，房間空調好冷呀，温度打高還是覺得冷
