We had booked 2 rooms for 3 people. The rooms were not at all clean. The bed sheets had dark stains. The rooms had a very dusty smell during entry. The rooms were very small and it was very hot. The bathroom door was not locking properly. Bathroom was very unhygienic. Toilet water was constantly flowing without stopping. Loud noises from nearby property was heard. The TV power socket was damaged. No response from staff when enquired about WiFi. This has been by far the worst experience we have ever seen from a hotel and would never recommend anyone from visiting here. Complete waste of money and peace.

The ground staff were supportive, but the proper communication is missing between resort management & staff. Staff were not aware of the makemy永安 booking details or the room which we had booked. Done.

Need to improve in restaurant and food quality, also room services was too much poor. No fan in rooms, no staff are available at swimming pool. This hotel not gives feeling like resort.

Resort looks nice and the location was good. The room we stayed in was nice, it was a semi deluxe cottage. Room and washroom was clean but there was a small cupboard near the tv which was very old and had insects. Food was very average, we swiggyd food for rest of our stay. Very average service too.
