It was a last minute booking as the town ran out of rooms. Zenz may appeal to super budget crowd but the amenities are limited ans room is bare. There is a restaurant behind the hotel. If you get the last room, it gets noisy until 2-3 am cos the restaurant serves a midnight crowd...

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with useful amenities like a mini fridge and water dispenser. However, the soundproofing was poor, and since the hotel is right next to a busy road, the noise from street racers at night made it hard to sleep. Great room overall, but not ideal for light sleepers.

I was welcomed by a knowledgeable staff with a clean amenities. It was a solid stay as I slept soundly the moment I reached the bed. Thank you Zenz hotel for making my first solo travelling a memorable one!

About the price for the hotel is fair. Beside have mamak and nearby have ioi mall. There is smell around the walk way. Roon is abit noisy and not very clean

Clean and spacious. Everything is good here. For the family deluxe type, it has a window view, overlooking the IOI mall. There is a Mamak restaurant nearby and the food is OK and spicy.
