位於大馬路邊上 晚上根本無法 噪音無比的大 因為在4樓 而且窗戶都不是隔音玻璃！ 最糟糕的是必須在指定位停車 因為是晚上到 羣主衹是發一堆文件 並未特別提示 導致車輪被鎖 交了50塊罰款！ Bad experience ever!

Nice and clean apartment next to IOI Mall. Very convenient, the instruction to self check-in and out is clear. Parking in the apartment is quite dark at night and short of signboard. Lot no. should be indicated on the columns instead of on the floor.

總體推薦，因為Kulai 這邊其實沒多少可以住的，但是遇到了新加坡暑假，有漲價了，其他都還好，樓下有Mall market 都是很方便的

滿意加舒心，是我們經常選擇住這裏的理由。 購物方便：除了樓下的IOI購物廣場，打車5分鐘可以到達永旺和COMMUNE購物廣場，這兩個商場附近，有各式各樣的商鋪與美食。 出行，到機場打車10多分鐘，到市區各處也很快就上主幹道。
