This was our 2nd time staying under Urban Inn hotel flag. This Serai Wangi branch is amazing. The ID concept reminds me of the feeling when you set foot into those 5 Star hotels. Clean room, bathroom and common areas. No foul smell. Water dispenser made available at ground and 1st floor. The areas lighted well. I think it’s newly renovated. Very convenient with a restaurant right below the hotel and Serai Wangi Mall within walking distance. Thank you Urban Inn for our wonderful stay!

挺好的，服務人員很熱情，也很安靜，對面就是小吃街，超級方便，第一天就吃了雲吞，麪很筋道，餛燉也很好吃，還喝了奶茶，好飽啊

1. Kedudukan hotel strategik dengan kemudahan (supermarket, kedai makan etc.) 2. Interior hotel dan bilik sangat cantik dan moden. Rasa sangat selesa walaupun tak ada tingkap 3. Akan stay lagi kat sini di masa akan dtg.

i had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room. It came with all the basic amenities, including a kettle, plates, mug, soap dish, and even an induction cooker, perfect for a longer stay. The price was very affordable, and they even allow extensions at a reasonable RM20 per hour. My only suggestion is for the hotel to provide umbrellas. During my check-out, it was pouring rain, and since I was heading to the airport before dropping off my rental car, I had no choice but to walk in the rain as there were no umbrellas available to borrow.
