It was really nice hotel to stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Downstairs there is a restaurant with Muslim Indian food, where options for vegan/vegetarians also available Only one thing happen, our neighbours was checkin at 00.00 and there was loud till 02.00

Semua ok.tp bilik air tersumbat.dah mandi air 1 jam baru kering. Dah buat aduan hari kedua.tp blk dr kerja masih sama..maaf ya..mohon semak sebelum bagu guest check in

The overall service was good — check-in and check-out were both seamless. However, what really dropped the ball during my stay was discovering that there was no service lift. There was a wedding taking place that day, and the event crew used the guest lift to transport items, leaving them inside. As a result, guests had to squeeze into the same lift just to get to their rooms. Additionally, I noticed a lot of flies during check-out, which was quite unpleasant. On a positive note, the room was clean and spacious for one person. However, it was lacking some basic amenities such as a toothbrush, comb, and tissue.

All good - clean enterence - clean lobby area - friendly staffs - near to convenience store - I am ran a restaurant business before... ...here also... I just would like to give some advice to the nasi kandar yasmeen restaurant near the hotel - please get rid of all the stray cats near the premises. It is so disappointing with the bad smell & get disturbing by the cats while eating. There is something the owner should do about this speacialy when come to cleanliness & customer comfort. I don't hate cats. It is just about the food & beverage & the business environment 😊 , especially to those customers like me who are a bit sensitive & allergic to unpleasant environmental odors,especially when enjoying food. I stay for 3 days and 2 nights in Fuller Hotel. My friend and i are from Puchong Selangor. Thank you
