De kamer en de inrichting van het hotel waren goed. De ligging vrij ver weg van het centrum in een buitenwijk. De receptie medewerkers waren behulpzaam, het overige personeel niet heel professioneel. Het ontbijt was (te) bescheiden en er was geen drinkwater beschikbaar in de kamer. De keus uit eten was zeer beperkt en je kon dit of op jouw kamer eten of in een ongezellige ruimte. Kortom, de hotelvoorzieningen zijn oké, maar alles eromheen rammelt. Ik heb deze onderwerpen ook met de receptie en de manager besproken en aangegeven dat zijnop deze punten afwijken van wat ik gewoon was in Ghana

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The warm shower was just unbeatable. The meals were good especially the breakfast; top notch. The hotel staff were friendly and capable enough to handle a small proposal idea I had. Everything was just good. I’d recommend labev for any couple on any day.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kumasi. The staff are very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and I truly had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was served in my room at no cost and the Management were helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The location is central to attractions in the city. Keep up the good work to the Management and staff of the hotel.

My experience with the hotel staffs were excellent, good customer services and relationship.Very calm and neat environment with very good amenities. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and we are definitely coming back this 12th of December for another warm reception. I will recommend this hotel for everyone Thank you Labev Hotel
