we prefer this hotel due to the good location. This we had to stay for three days we were allotted a room which also had an ante room. They allotted this to someone who was coughing throughout the night and our sleep gone for that night. Next day they checked out but the hotel guys started painting the room and due to dust coming inside our room through the door holes again our sleep disturbed. For the tariff they charge not worth the money.

Except Air conditioning, stay was good. Food is good but can improve further. Like main Rayas grand, if it is given in tiffin carrier, it is good

Location - Very good, Food - no restaurant with this hotel, but there are hotels nearby.. Amenities - Very good, Very clean too, Services - Just average. Reception service is the worst ever

The location is very good. Central to the city. The room was spacious and clean. The bed linen and towels were neat and clean. Room service was not up to the mark. It took more than 15 minutes for the room boy to attend to you. Delayed check out was possible with extra payment.

Reception staff are worst, not allowing us to stay beyond 12pm if booked online, every 2 mins reminder by calls to vacate else additional charge get levied. All are expecting tips from you always. Mosquito issue exist in rooms
