I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Shapura Kumbalvilas. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expected. Firstly, upon arrival, there were no bath towels available for over an hour, which was inconvenient. Secondly, during dinner, the menu options were extremely limited. During dinner before the buffet closing time they deny service. Most concerning was the condition of the bedding. I discovered bed bugs in the blanket and pillow covers, which were also smelly and shabby, resulting in multiple bites and swollen eyes. I have attached photos and videos documenting these issues. Given the severity of this situation, I kindly request a full refund for my stay and an explanation of the measures you will take to ensure this does not happen again. Room was good, property is good maintained ,food was average, staff is well trained and polite managers are co operative, rooms are with problem of Ac I switched room because ac was problematic All over experience was good

The property's location is very nice. It is located between Club Mahindra and Lemon Tree. The surroundings are very serene and you can hear birds chirping the whole day. We had opted for Breakfast and it was very nice with good options. The staff of the property is very courteous and helpful with prompt service. Renovation is going on in the hotel. The only complaint was that the pool not very clean. All and all a wonderful experience at this place.

Staff was cooperative but overall service delivery is like 3 star. Hotel furniture and equipments were old and renovation or replacement is required. overall good experience on given price point.

the property is located in good location as well very good view of mountain with sunrise in the morning. we have stay first for only one day but after experiencing day we have extended our stay in same hotel. staff is very supportive. food was made by chef kuldip he is making too delicious food as well as having good nature and very cooperative. restaurant service was given by devilal which very impressive. reception and all staff was very kind off. we recommend the stay for peace and enjoy kumbhalgarh 永安. kudos to team shahpura kumbha palace. keep it up

It was very awesome experience staying at shahpura Kumbhalgarh villas, the location is prime, food was delicious and rooms are much spacious.Staffs are well behaved and polite.
