酒店地點偏遠，對於自駕遊很挑戰駕車技術。因為要去酒店的路程是山路，路很彎曲而且晚上還沒有路燈。所以要很小心駕駛。

H Benjamin Residence 酒店位置方便，周邊餐飲選擇多。房間整潔舒適，設施新穎，服務人員友善有禮，辦理入住順暢。整體性價比不錯，適合短期住宿，唯一不足是空間稍小。

H Benjamin is located in a quieter area, up a steep slope and away from the city's hustle and bustle. It's a beautiful area to wake up to the mountains and would be a wonderful spot if it makes a few improvements to the space and amenities. 1) The spring bed is terribly firm, you can also feel the springs through the bed. The clothes rack was also almost going to fall apart. 2) The ventilator was not working so the moisture of the toilet came into the room instead, making it very moist. 3) The water kettle we were provided almost caught fire as smoke was coming out of the plug. Thankfully we caught it in time. When we reported this to the reception and asked if they want to get someone to check, we only got an "Ok". Perhaps it's a language barrier but it wasn't reassuring that the next traveller would be safe. 4) It would be nice to provide at least one chair in the room. It'll also be nice to have a seating area outside of the container cabin so people can enjoy the view of the mountains.

Hotel yang cantik dan bersih. Cuma semasa sampai, kurang mesra disambut oleh receptionist dan tanpa senyuman. Lokasi hotel agak jauh sedikit masuk ke dalam tetapi pemandangan gunung kinabalu dari tingkap hotel sangatlah mengagumkan. Sarapan pagi yang berstylekan “English Breakfast”. Cukup puas hati untuk mengisi hati dan perut yang kekosongan😂

View memang nampakncantik dah tapi sayang hujanpulak pagi tu, nampak kejap je kinabalunya hujan lebat angin kuat. Perjalanan nak ke hotel ni mancanar juga naik bukitvturum bukit lalu jambatan kayubpuj ada aha.Tapi untuk viee berbalaoila. Breakfast simple je. Dinner sedap beli kat cafe dia ,kuetiow n ns gorng kg. Chicken chop xsedap.tomyam pn kurang.. Nk makan katvluar boleh layan view tp sjuk haha.

We had a quiet and peaceful stay at this hotel. It’s perfect for those looking to relax and recharge. The highlight? The genuine mountain view. Open the windows and you’ll see the majestic Mount Kinabalu right in front of you—an absolutely breathtaking sight to wake up to. The room provides all the basic necessities, though there’s some room for improvement. A toothbrush set would be a nice addition. The electric kettle required some fiddling (I had to press it downward to get it working), and the smart TV, while functional, was a bit laggy and internet slow to load. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a different variety served each morning. As the only restaurant in the mountainous area, their dinner menu was decent too. Overall, this is a great place to rest, reset, and soak in nature with simple, scenic, and serene.

Amenities in the room, such as hair dryer, iron, ironing board, kettle, cups, 3 in 1 coffee, tea, drinking water, towels, conditioning shampoo, shower gel and prayer mat for Muslims are available. There is no dental care kit, so bring your own. Otherwise, you'll have to drive a bit to buy one. It was my third time in Kundasang, so we rented a car and drove to the location. The road to the location is quite challenging if you're not used to the rural road. There are plenty of parking spaces there. I also saw guests with private tour guides who drove them around. I think that's a good idea, too. I booked the room with the mountain view, but the weather was not on my side. The mountain was in view very early in the morning when it was still dark, and then it was covered in clouds for the rest of the day. There is no aircon but a cute ceiling fan we didn't use because it was already cold. However, I wish I could open the windows without letting the bugs in. There were huge spiders making their webs near my window, and I dare not open it. The beds are okay - not the comfiest and only one rather flat pillow for our heads. We slept well nonetheless. We spent most of our time outside the room unless it's to shower or sleep. There's a cafe where we took our dinner to the outside dining area. The tables and chairs were scattered around so we had to arrange them ourselves. There is hot water, but at around 7am, the shower runs cold even with the water heater turned on. Could it be that everyone is showering at the same time? A simple breakfast is served at the cafe for the guests. When I was there, they had fried mi hun, French toast, sausages, baked beans, and eggs. There were two types of cereal. A bread station where you can toast your bread. Only white bread was available. Drinks were orange cordial, coffee, and tea. They replenish the food if finished, so don't worry about getting to the breakfast a bit late. The best thing about the whole 永安 was the booking, checking in, and checking out was hassle-free. Also, if you love flowers, walk around the place and admire their hydrangeas.
