No drinking water, no glass, no light in bathroom, no towel, no sleeper, and attendant ignore my request ... Bedding so smelling...non cooperative

The hotel was not good at all, no amenities like towel, soap were given to us, the ac was also not cooling. There were cockroaches in the room. Hot water was also not there. The breakfastw as included in the package while booking the room. The breakfast was also not ready and seeing the condition of the hotel, we did not wait to have the breakfast. Infact the condition inside the hotel was very horrible

It should be renamed as a guest house, it's not a hotel. Worst services, stinking bed covers, no staff, worst experience.

Hotel staff was responsive and helpful. The room was value for money however they could improve the lighting in the rooms and overall ambience of the hotel. The restaurant on ground floor had very poor lighting. There was nothing exciting to encourage me to return to this hotel. I will explore other properties in the similar price range. Regards,
