I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They even arranged to pick me up from another hotel, patiently explained everything I needed to know, and made sure I felt welcomed.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. On my departure day, they kindly offered me a ride to the bus terminal, which was a huge help.
Although the location is a little further out, the outstanding service more than makes up for it. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful support. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Both breakfast and dinner were in kaiseke style.
The hotel picked us up from bus terminal, also sent us to the nearby ski resort. The most surprising part is the staff pick us up again from the ski resort and sent us to our 2nd hotel in Kusatsu. Best service ever!
유바타케에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 오히려 조용하고 좋았어요~ 갈때는 마을 구경하며 걸어갔고 체크아웃후에는 쿠사츠터미날까지 셔틀운행해 주셔서 편하게 이동했습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 식사는 맛있었어요. 호텔에서 온천하면서 쉬고오니 제대로 힐링이네요. 재패니스룸에는 샤워실이 없었지만 자주 온천장에 가니 불편한 건 없었구요. 온천물도 좋고 노천도 있어서 다른온천 순례할 필요를 못느꼈어요.
