房間挺大，風景優美，直接不，窗外看到滑雪⛷️ 。可以自己做飯，外面買食材回來烤肉 酒店門口可以直接入滑雪道。 酒店服務好，服務員可以開車送去附近領取租滑雪裝備

ห้องสะอาดกว้างขวางมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบวิวดี เครื่องครัวมีครบทุกอย่างทำอาหารทานได้เลย มีเครื่องซักผ้าเครื่องล้างจาน มีล้อคเกอร์เก็บอุปกรณ์สกีที่ชั้นล่างเล่นเสร็จไม่ต้องถือขึ้นห้องดีมาก

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

Beautiful ski in ski out property. We loved the views of Mt Yotei from our huge 2 bedroom apartment. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and tended to our every need. Superb stay!

Everyone at Maples are friendly and helpful. Rendering their assistance from fetching us at Hirafu Welcome centre, Rhythm for our ski rental, sending us to dot base for ski class. Even to the restaurant nearby. Ski in ski out and snow play are just a stone away. Pizza restaurant there are fabulous too

酒店位置很好，距離hirafu welcome center非常近，工作人員會提前郵件聯繫，接送很方便準時！B1有雪具locker，是真的skiin-out，b1直接到吊椅，出門走到ace gondola也就5分鐘！ 一樓的pizza很好吃，價格也不貴，中午可以直接walkin。附近就有hirafu188 很方便的超市，走到羅森也不遠，早餐可以在自己廚房解決，一切都很好！

Great location, perfect ski-in ski-out. The rooms were fantastic with lots of facilities. The staff were amazing, very helpful. Would have scored 5 in every category if the hotel had an onsen!

This was my third stay at The Maples, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. This time I came with just my boyfriend instead of with family, so handled most of the logistics myself. I really relied on help from the staff and The Maples, before, during and after my 永安! Even a month before my 永安, I got a lot of help with transportations, ski passes etc through emailing with the staff, who were always so prompt to reply and very friendly. During my stay, they also helped me a lot with dinner reservations etc. Every request or question I had was met with a friendly smile. Of course, I enjoyed the location again immensely. It was great to be able to walk to many of the stores and restaurants, and to also ski in and out. This time I also rented a car and parking at the Maples was always available and easy. The hotel was always bright and clean. My onlyyyy complaint if I had to mention was that my room did not have black out curtains... so I was woken up pretty early every morning by the natural sunlight!! But, this actually helped me to get up there on the slopes bright and early, so a perk after all!

Absolutely beautiful and location is convenient. Just found it odd they don't provide bath robes 😅 Anyway, special shout-out to Yuri / concierge. She was extremely friendly and helpful!
