まだ、出來て一年半くらいの施設なので、部屋はキレイでした。子連れで宿泊する人しかいないので、子供の遊び聲や泣き聲が聞こえることもありますが、そこはお互い様って感じです。 宿泊した部屋には一人暮らしサイズの冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるので、色々買い物してから宿泊先に向かうといいと思います。コンビニも徒歩圏內にはありますが、目の前とかではあらません。

To make things easier: 1. Fill up the pre-checkin form that will be sent to you earlier 2. Go to their checkin office near Kyoto Station The hotel was great for families. We took the small room, but it was good enough for us. The kid room slippers was too small for them, so we requested 2 bigger sized ones, and it came within an hour, considering the hotel was unstaffed. It's a 8 minute walk to Marutamachi Subway station, but it can get quite dark later at night. So I would recommend not coming back too late. There's also a 24hour supermarket about 5 minutes away, so that's convenient. The place was clean and the facilities were great. No complaints!

This is a comfortable, well-priced stay in a fantastic location. The room and bathroom are compact, but everything is spotlessly clean and efficiently designed. Beds are very big and comfortable. The traditional style neighborhood is beautiful and quiet yet convenient, with easy access to the subway and a lot of good restaurants. There is an amazing Japanese-style coffee bakery right next door—an absolute highlight for breakfast or a midday treat. While the rooms aren’t spacious, the reasonable price, cleanliness, and prime location make this a great choice for travelers who prioritize convenience and value. A nice pick for families, every floor has different attractions for kids.

Overall experience was nice and the kids love the loft set up very much. Washer and dryer available within the building, but need to pay for washing and drying.

It is good for family especially with young kid as there are so many play area for them. The location is also great that we can walk around for convenience stores and restaurants nearby. However, there is no front desk services, so it is a bit difficult if we need any urgent matters.
