我們訂的是兩居室，其中一間的空調一直在發出滴水的響聲，問了前台，説是窗戶密封的關係，需要開窗就不響了。但是大熱天的蚊子又多不能開窗睡覺啊，所以衹好棄用空調。 服務態度非常好，很有禮貌，我們入住第一天洗手池是堵塞的，馬上就解決了。 洗衣機就別指望用了，可能我們前面的訪客的關係，不是很潔凈。

I had a pleasant stay at this "spacious" house, which comfortably accommodates five people. The male receptionist at the shuttle van spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The location is convenient, just 1km with a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, making it easy to explore the area. They offered a generous supply of 1.5L of drinking water, along with tea and coffee on the first day, which was a nice touch. The premises also include a lift with a camera, making it very convenient for those carrying luggage. The toiletries and laundry detergent provided were of good quality, and the bathroom dryer function was incredibly useful for drying washed clothes. However, I did notice a slight leak in the toilet, which kept the floor a bit damp, so be cautious. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay with Resi Stay again during my next visit!

距離車站拖行李箱走15分鐘，不在主街上，很安靜，房間有點小，但是設施齊全，可以在附近的便利店買便當回去用微波加熱吃，可以妥妥的吃刺身壽司，煎和牛，就是四樓是頂樓有點熱。

Kuromi房間超棒，值得！everything was about kuromi ，雖然貴但是物有所值。裏面還有免費的kuromi周邊贈送哦，此外有洗衣機，乾衣房，真的超方便！前台小哥雖然有點社恐但是英文不錯，服務也很好的。

Do read up warning. 永安 should not have such establishments work with them. I start to doubt 永安 working partners 😅 Need to be a lot more careful with booking as there is no way 永安 can do anything. The only thing I rate them badly was their inflexibility to provide cleaning services for 3 night stay ! I mean not even change your tower is way unacceptable Airbnb good host will provide extra towel if stay is longer than 2 days !
