Soggiorno di 4 notti, vacanza con due amici. La stanza era piccola, c’erano due letti singoli separati, con letto extra accanto. C’era un tavolino con due sedie, che in una stanza con due letti + un letto extra non lasciava molto spazio per passare verso la porta della camera o del bagno, o semplicemente per posizionare/aprire le valigie. Finestra in camera non apribile, quindi difficile arieggiare la stanza. Bagno piccolo e non finestrato. Oltre alla biancheria e al set di cortesia, erano presenti un mini frigo, un phon, un bollitore di acqua e una tv grande. C’era una piccola cabina armadio con le grucce. Personale molto gentile e cordiale, parlano bene inglese.

Les chambres sont un peux petite pour trois personnes avec des valise. Mais suffise pour passer des nuit correct après avoir marcher dans Kyoto. Les lit sont confortables. Attention toute fois, la machine a laver sent bizarre et le séchage ne sache pas grand chose. Sinon dans l'ensemble très correct et convenable.

環境/設施：乾淨衞生，有坐浴，每天疲憊後放入浴劑泡半小時太舒服了。其次噪音很小，隔音不錯。房間也寬敞舒適，乾淨整潔，入住體驗很舒適。配套設施也很齊全有洗衣房可以洗旅行間堆積的臟衣服😌 服務：首先日英雙語流利，溝通很順暢🥰 其次前台服務也特別貼心仔細。這裏特別感謝8月9日這一天接待的前台👩💼 🧑💼，幫我找回了護照並特別體貼地幫我寄到了本人之後所在的酒店，同時用郵件告知了我之後的處理流程。在整個找回的過程中非常耐心細緻有條理，對我幫助很大🥹是特別好的酒店，非常推薦👍👍👍

We spent only one night here as at the other M's Hotel on the same street didn’t have any space on our last night in Kyoto. As per the other hotel we really had a good experience. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area of Kyoto, right next to Sanjo shopping street that has many convenience stores and dining options. Bus stops are just 5 minutes away. The kind staff was there when we arrived, we could leave our bags at the reception when we arrived early and when the checked out. Our room was spotless and neat, non smoking, had heating, hot water, fridge and kettle, towels and toiletries. We could sleep really well as mattresses and pillows were comfy and thankfully there was no noise during the night. We would stay here again in future without any doubt.

Das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich in Japan war. Kein WLAN im Zimmer – auf Nachfrage nur die Antwort: „Geht im zweiten Stock nicht.“ Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen und waren undicht. Bett extrem hart, nur japanisches TV, keine Wasserflaschen im Zimmer. Positiv: Das Zimmer war relativ groß und die Lage okay. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Overall a nice stay here in Kyoto! Central enough location with quiet streets to walk a bit and comfortable enough beds. A bit basic and small, but totally fine for a shorter stay. Staff was quite hands off and not necessarily the most helpful, but luggage storage was nice and all was straightforward. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

交通便利，價實惠，有前台協助自助辦理入住與退房，前台不太會中文，自助機器有中文，3天打掃一次衞生，樓下有微波爐，房間隔音稍微差了一點，可以接受，看中了交通便利。
