Bien situado. Edificio nuevo pero no se entiende el laberinto interior para acceder a las habitaciones en dos alturas entre rampas y escaleras… Bien insonorizado con el exterior aunque en el interior al estar lleno se escuchaban algunos ruidos . Cama cómoda, hay nevera en la habitación. No hay hervidor ni cafetera ni posibilidad de pedir nada caliente de noche. El bar esta cerrado y no hay máquinas. El precio resulta muy elevado para las 3 estrellas aunque es cómodo para una noche, y si te cuadra con otros eventos los precios se disparan.

I stayed in the Avenida hotel from April 9 to April 15. The hotel staff was as friendly and helpful as possible. The food in the restaurant was just amazing. My room was maybe a little bit tight (a large bed in the center), on the other hand it had a spacious bathroom with not only a shower but also a bathtub, while the plumbery as well as the bath amenities were perfect. Overall, the room was an excellent value for money. In addition, the Avenida hotel is very conveniently located within the 5-minute walking reach of both the bus terminal and the railway station - whereas the city center, its historical part and the beaches alike are easily reachable by the city bus. Highly recommended!

El hotel es de nueva construcción o, al menos, reformado. Es muy bonito, se ha hecho con buen gusto. La limpieza excelente tanto zona común, como habitación El baño es amplio, con bañera. Una pantalla de televisión grande y un pequeño escritorio que hace su función. El personal ha sido excelente, siempre con una sonrisa y amabilidad. El hotel dispone de un restaurante con menú del día, que no tuve ocasión de probar. El desayuno tipo buffet libre, lo esperable de un hotel de esta categoría, bien, completo, pero no excepcional. A los grandes comedores quizás le falten cosas. Como parte negativa debo hablar de la insonorización de las habitaciones o la falta de la misma. En la habitación en la que me encontraba yo tenía un ruido constante de la habitación de al lado, o quizás de tuberías, incluso por la noche. Para más se escuchaba absolutamente todo, desde los pasos en el pasillo como las conversaciones de los vecinos. En fin, este factor ha sido importante para mí. Por lo que me gustaría reseñarlo...
