Dear Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Opus Residence. This was the second time I experienced serious issues during check-in, which is very disappointing. My confirmed check-in time was 3:00 PM; however, I was not given my room until after 4:00 PM. This delay was inconvenient and reflects poor management and lack of professionalism. Additionally, after I checked in, staff came to my room and pressured me to purchase drinking water. Even more concerning, they did not return my balance money after the payment. This behavior is unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable. As a guest, I expect better service, proper time management, and honest conduct from the staff. I hope management will take this matter seriously and take corrective action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

Accorind to price it was ok. But let me tell you its a diviosion of one big apartment into three king sizr bed not whole apartment ( take it as a studio) as u dont get a lounge and they dont have tooth brushes,Iron facility.

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
