We had very good stay at royal Swiss hotel in Lahore Pakistan this is 5 th year we have staying there very very happy good staff and very good service 10 out of 10 👍 very good especially reception staff are very  good  we love staying there  Mohammed  of United Kingdom  England

I had a great stay at Royal Swiss Lahore—its location next to the airport was super convenient. I felt completely secure, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, and everything was clean and well-managed. Though on the arrival day they provided me room which didn’t match with descriptions.

I am regular traveler,also in 2021 to 2022 I have many times I go this hotel, but this time as I booked room not given me , also respcnist gives me other room as booked, it’s not same ,even given me fruit after 2 hours check in room when we going for rest , even manger says we change the room, but not change,

Shower and bath was great. Spa in hotel was convenient. They offer free airport drop off but they wasted 30 minutes checking the room to make sure we all weren't running away. It was quite disrespectful for the staff not to be honest with us instead they should of just asked us to pay for outstanding bills. Drawers were sticky even after being cleaned. The pillows smelt of BO. Food in the cafe and room service was disappointing. Breakfast buffet was alright. Though the room being next to kitchen caused eye stinging and coughing. Location is not that convenient its far from shopping and food areas albeit close to airport.

The hotel was great Only thing is you should have complimentary Spa not to charge 3200 rupees to use the sauna and steam room That’s is not good I have stayed in Serena hotel Defence raya, pc, and avari hotel None of them charge for this service I was put off because of this

The hotel has a great location, conveniently close to Lahore Airport, and the premises felt very secure with several security checks before reaching the lobby. I was warmly greeted by a hotel representative who picked me up and took me to the hotel. Both the buffet breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The staff across all areas, including the reception and restaurant, were very respectful and helpful. I want to especially mention Muhammad Arslan, who stood out for his attentiveness and dedication to serving all guests with the utmost care. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. First, the prayer hall is located in an awkward and unclean area. I noticed a family struggling to find a suitable place to pray, and the staff was not even aware of the Qibla direction. They ended up praying in the executive room, which was not ideal. Secondly, the café and restaurant lacked alternatives like almond or soy milk, which is important for guests with allergies. Some in-room amenities, like the dental kit, were missing at check-in and appears the second day after the room makeup. The swimming pool ladder felt weak and was not deep enough, which could be a safety concern. Additionally, the iron in the room was dirty, broken, and leaking water, which made it difficult to use. Overall, I had a pleasant stay but hope these points will be addressed to enhance the guest experience further.

總體還可以，但是服務員有點過於熱情，要求幫忙給好評，而且承諾修的東西也沒有修好。不過在拉合爾與當地其他酒店相比還是不錯的，離機場近，而且比較安全
