This was our fourth motel stay on our Aussie tour - and it was definitely the best, clean and comfy with attention to detail. Good facilities in the room too. We would recommend.

We stopped over for a night at the Sandbar Motel. The service was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept really well. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The Motel is conveniently located on the main road, which has a canal across the street. You can walk along the canal and take a footbridge to the beach or to a good long nature walk. There are a few restaurants nearby. I would recommend this Motel.

The owner waited for us even though we are late for the check-in. Very considerate and encouraging knowing that we are rushing on the road with 2 plates of biscuits for us. It is quite cold in the night with strong wind, and the room is very cold. Other than the cold room with insufficient heater to heat up the cold room, everything else is good.
